|
|
1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.243
2. Java version:1.6.0_20
3. OS type and the version: Windows7
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Mobile Device
5. Your problem: UA could not register with Brekeke.
[Default Settings]
UA sends Register request to Brekeke but it gives 403 forbidden error.
Tried with the followings:
1. User Authentication->New User
(added user with UA password )
2. Also tried with manual Register
3. set [Auth-user=user in "To:" (Register)] = "no"
All lead to "403 Forbidden" from Brekeke
[Configuration -> SIP -> Authentication->Register & Invite -> Off]
UA sends SIP REGISTER request to Brekeke but Brekeke redirects the SIP REGISTER request to 10.0.0.1 which is not in the network, thus router sends 'Destination Unreachable (Host Unreachable)' to Brekeke
How to resolve this ? |

I checked that, No dial plan has been set to route the register to other IP. |

if the same issue happen with other phone registration? like register with xlite
is there upper registration set at brekeke server configuration/SIP page?
capture packets about registration and check if From and To header are the same IP in register request sent from phone |

With Xlite registration is successful.
Upper registration is Off.
From and To header are the same address. |

compare packets of register between xlite and mobile device for difference
maybe there is route to other address in mobile device's register request? |

Is it 3.2.4.3?
Let you use the latest Brekeke SIP Server version. It will be 3.3.4.4.
> Brekeke redirects the SIP REGISTER request to 10.0.0.1 which is not in the network
It seems the phone's request-line indicate 10.0.0.1.
Let you check the phone's setting. |

I am using 3.3.4.4. I have no problem registering using IPv4, but I get the "403 Forbidden" message when I register using IPv6. Yes, IPv6 is turned on. Any idea? Thanks. |

Some SIP phone products don't send correct SIP packet with IPv6.
Can you paste your packets here? |
