6. Your problem:
Using a SIP client TopSec Phone (rohde & schwarz). Make a call from Client 1 to Client 2. Client 2 sees the call, clicks on the challenge he has displayed is connection, but a call is not made. The customer is one that shows there is a call (displayed call quality and call duration). SIP server shows that there is a conversation.

Are there any NAT in the between both clients?
> rtp-relay off
It seems you are not using RTP-Relay.
Set the RTP-Relay=on in the [Configuration]->[RTP exchanger] page. |

According to sip server and is lined with a call conversation. But in fact one client displays the status of the connection, the other is a conversation with the void |

Thank you for help. Work now, however, Subscriber 1 and Subscriber 2 during a call heard the voice of the speaker, as in a mirror. |

It is a common issue if you use a speaker.
Use a phone which has an Echo Cancellation feature. |
