1.6.0_33

3. OS type and the version:
Mac OS X 10.8

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem:
Using a SIP client TopSec Phone (rohde & schwarz). Make a call from Client 1 to Client 2. Client 2 sees the call, clicks on the challenge he has displayed is connection, but a call is not made. The customer is one that shows there is a call (displayed call quality and call duration). SIP server shows that there is a conversation.

Are there any NAT in the between both clients?

> rtp-relay off

It seems you are not using RTP-Relay.
Set the RTP-Relay=on in the [Configuration]->[RTP exchanger] page.

Thank you for help. Work now, however, Subscriber 1 and Subscriber 2 during a call heard the voice of the speaker, as in a mirror.

It is a common issue if you use a speaker.
Use a phone which has an Echo Cancellation feature.
