1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.4.7.3 Advanced
2. Java version: 1.6.0_21
3. OS type and the version: XP Professional SP3
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Avaya G7000
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : Pattern 1
6. Your problem: I'm trying to determine the problem trying to implement TCP instead of UDP connections. I'm told by the Avaya vender that they support RFC 5923 for TCP communications. I have not been able to find any reference to this on the forums or documentation. |

What kind of problem do you have with TCP?
Set the following in the [Configuration] > [Advanced] page.
-------------------------------
net.sip.tcp.reuse = true
net.sip.transport.follow.request = true
------------------------------- |

We develop using Dialogic HMP, and use Brekeke as our gateway for testing. Dialogic states that they are willing to add support for rfc 5923 but I hadn't found anything stating it was officially supported by Brekeke. I will try the settings given, but would really like to know the official stand on the rfc.
Thanks! |

I know there are many HMP users who use Brekeke.
Let you try the settings "net.sip.tcp.reuse" and "net.sip.transport.follow.request". |
