1. Brekeke Product Name and version:Sip server ver. 2.4.4.8/286
2. Java version: 6
3. OS type and the version:win xp sp3
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :3
6. Your problem:Hi,
SIP server is located on the LAN (private IP 10.1.65.x) static NAT in public IP (200.5.xx)
on the same LAN is VMOTE software ( UA 10.1.65.x.), SIP registration with VMOTE runs properly.
Remote UA (VMOTE sotware) is located on a private address (192.168.100.x) static NAT to the public IP (194.35.xx). SIP registration passes only with port forwarding on the remote side.
What are the options to pass SIP registration without port forwarding, remote location is changing.
Yours sincerely,
Miki |

It is lack of information...
Generally, you don't need a port forwarding at the remote site (194.35.xx)..
If it doesn't work, try another router.
If you use a router and SIP client which support UPnP, they can open a port automatically. |
