|
|
1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke PBX, Version 2.4.3.9 , Multi-Tenant
2. Java version:
N/A
3. OS type and the version:
Windows 2008 R2 Server
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
N/A
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
Pattern 9
6. Your problem:
I have read through the Brekeke User guide and have tested all the features that our system provides. I was not able to get the following functions to work as described in the pbx manual. I would appreciate your assistance and advice in how we can ensure that these features are working properly.
1) PICK UP A PARKED CALL
- When extension 704 parks a call, I am unable to pick up the parked call from another extension, for example 705.
2) INVITING OTHERS TO AN EXISTING MEETING
- I am unable to invite another extension to an existing meeting using #9, #0 or #7
3) MUTE CALLER
- I am unable to mute a call using either the 7*<extension number> or 9*7*<extension number> features.
Thanks,

is the phone trying these features a pbx user and access the call to the extension in the same tenant? |

*All calls are made between pbx users in the same tenant.
1) PICK UP A PARKED CALL
- pbx user 704 establishes a call
- pbx user 704 parks the call by entering #8
- brekeke pbx says "72" (the number of the parked call)
- pbx user 705 dials 8*72 and gets a busy signal
2) INVITING OTHERS TO AN EXISTING MEETING
- pbx user 704 establishes a call
- dialing #9, #0 or #7 produces a busy signal
3) MUTE CALLER
- pbx user 704 establishes a call
- pbx user 704 attempts to dial 7*705 or 9*7*705 and received a busy signal
If these steps are not correct, will you please reply with the correct steps to perform these three functions.
Thanks,
-Will

1. park
dial 72 from user 705
or dial 8*704 from user 705
2. join call
1. user 704 dial conference number or in talk with others
2. user 704 dial #9 + ext# such as #9700#
when 704 and 700 in talk, 704 dial #0 or #7
3. mute
use 704 not in talk with anyone
user 704 dial 7*705 to send call to 705
use 9*7*705, when ext 705 is in talk of a call |
