1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
SIP Server 2.4.3.0/286
2. Java version:
1.5.0_20-b02
3. OS type and the version:
Win 2k3 Telco Edition
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Solacom Proprietary.
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
Pattern One
6. Your problem:
Completed install of the system about 3 months ago. Nobody touches it. Get complaint that nothing is logging in (not registering). Got into Brekeke SIP Server and found "Inactive". turned it on, everything was fine.
1. Should not go Inactive all by itself.
2. Lack of logging does not give me any indication what went wrong. I suspect that java ab-ended, cause on the lab system, I get the same kind of reaction when I kill the java service. Java doesn't seem to have any logs either.
3. How can I get sensible logs out of this thing? |

When did you access the SIP Server's GUI last time?
When did you make a call through the SIP Server last time?
Are you using automatic Windows Update at the Windows? (It cause rebooting of the system automatically..) |
