1. Brekeke Product Name and version:2.4.30

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:XP

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem:
At pro edition I set "on" for call recording, at the end of the conversation, PBX send a MWI notification including at voice message the recorded conversation.
I have configured at Options Advanced com.brekeke.pbx.Setting.CALL_RECORDING_EMAIL_NOTIFICACTION=false, but the notification with the recorded conversation remians being sended.
How is possible to record the conversations but not send the recor as voice mail, it is my customer nedds.
Thanks

It should be
com.brekeke.pbx.Setting.CALL_RECORDING_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION=false
and need to restart pbx after change setting to false or comment the setting

I have set as your instructions and restarting ethe server, but it does not work, remains sending the message to extension.
Do you know if a previous version does?

email notification also works when there is new voicemail to the extension.
is it a voicemail email notification or a record email notification?

how about remove settings from options advanced and restart pbx?

Hi:

With setting at options advance or without setting the result is the same: the notification at extension phone is "New Voice Mail" and the voice message is exactly the recorded conversation.

I remember I that have tested this call record with a previuos version and PBX did not send the voice message notification, but I don't renember what is the old version, do You?

Thanks

I have set:
1.At PBX Options advanced: com.brekeke.pbx.Setting.CALL_RECORDING_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION=false
2. At PBX Options: Message wainting indicator:"on"
3. At extension:
Call recording:"on"
Email notification:"off"
Attach WAV file to email:"off".

I m not using the option to send email notification, I don't need that.

I have restarted servers after set the PBX optiond advanced.

Thanks

do you mean you didnot set any mail server at pbx admintool/options/email settings?
are you using any plug in for accessing voicemail files?

Hi:

In fact I am not using any setting for email notifications, I get the voicemail just using the default PBX way, that is to dial 8 and I reach the voice messages.

The point is that when I configure call record for any extension, the phone for this extension receives a MWI with the text "New Voice Mail", when I reach the messages box using the 8, I can hear the recorded conversation, that is I need to avoid, my customer is not interested in that the extension's owner can ear the recordings of his conversations.

If I set "no" the MWI indicator for this extension it is not possible to receive notifications with the true voice messages, and I need this feature on.
Thanks

now you donot get email notification for recorded calls or voicemail, is it right?
For stop sending notify about new message stored at user voicemail box, maybe you need to use audio plugin to save recorded calls to other place.

your phones cannot send vm SUBSCRIBE?
If yes, MWI can be set off from pbx options
