1. Brekeke Product Name and version:

ID: 0100112328, Users: 10, Concurrent: 10 , PAL
Trial version
2. Java version: 1.6.0_07
3. OS type and the version: windows servern 2003 r2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Analogic phone with sipura ATA device
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : 2
6. Your problem:
Im getting the "Busy Here" error trying to call at any number. The call is correctly registered in the Radius Cat authentication, and appears in the SIP server Log file, but not in the Pbx log file. Its like the error was comming when trying to go out through the ARS, or in the pbx.
The packet capture:

Did you create users in PBX? |

Hi, lakeview
I didn't do it, because we have been using another Sip Server System in a production scenario without PBX users, working fine.
We reproduced it now with the new trial Sip Server version.
Its that about the users something of the new features?
I added the user in the PBX and now is working fine.
Thanks. |

It depends on PBX version but it seems we need to create PBX users from recent versions. |

Not really... I achieved again, to use the sip server without Pbx users. It needs or a PBX user, or a matching ARS in the PBX.
I did one correct In-route in one of the ARS, and now is working. And we only need the PBX users if we want Voicemail or other functionalities. |
