I think you need to add a dialplan to accept a call from the PSTN.
Which provider are you using? |

I am using our own ITSP. I already put a dialplan before 'To PBX' default one like this:
Matching Patterns | $addr = ^69\.1\.229\. $request = ^INVITE to = (.*)
| Deploy Patterns | $target = localhost:15060 To = %1 $auth = off

Do you have any other dialplan rules before the above dialplan?
If so, please disable them.
Are you sure 69.1.229.x is the ITSP's IP address? |

Here is the thing: if we register at our main proxy (abroad) it works fine but, if we register at a nearer one (BSS 2.1 acting as a RTP media relay server for the the main proxy) , it doesn't. Even if we change IP address at the dialplan above. Any suggestion? |

Hey! I was using above Dial Plan with PBX version 2.2.6.2 for DID incoming calls without hassles. After upgrading to 2.2.7.8 it stops working . I also noticed that newer version has a new Dial Plan called 'To PBX From ITSP'. I tried to disable it without success. Any idea what is happening? |

You need to create new ARS that has both of IN/OUT pattens with empty fields . |
