1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version: 2.2.6.2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:
I received 403 Forbidden for Request: REFER. Is REFER not supported or is there somewhere to enable it?
If REFER is not available, is there any other methods to achieve Call Transfer with Brekeke PBX?
Thanks. |

Hi xdgning,
Brekeke PBX supports REFER for Call Transfer.
Which version of Brekeke PBX are you using?
Do you have any DialPlan rule for REFER? |

Hi Haddas,
I'm using version 2.2.6.2.
No, I haven't set up anything for REFER. What's the pattern for REFER in dial plan?
Thanks. |

Hi
You don't have to use DialPlan for REFER because Brekeke PBX and Brekeke SIP Server will handle it without any additional settings..
Anyway.. Who sent a REFER packet? What kind of SIP client is it?? |

Actually, we're testing our new product with Brekeke PBX. It was working with Dialexia IP-PBX when we used it earlier. |

Paste your REFER packet here. I can check it. |

Surprisingly, it's working now.
I was playing with the voicemail feature since I last tried call transfer. It must have been some settings I changed that affected. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which. I'll try to find out. Anyways, thanks for all your help.
While you're here, I have another question that I would like. It's regarding the email notification for voicemails.
I have enabled email notification and entered the destination email address under users.
I have also entered the mail server and account information under Options --> Settings.
But I can only leave and retrieve the voicemails, no email is received. I checked with Ethereal, I see that after the session has ended, nothing is sent out from the Brekeke to the mail server. Did I miss any settings?
Thanks. |
