1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke SIP Server 2.2.6.2/276
2. Java version: 1.6.0_11
3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 5.2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Grandstream HT-486
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : 9
6. Your problem: After sucessfully completing an external call via ITSP, audio suddenly stops after aprox.50 secs of talking. Ran packet capturing tool (Wireshark) and still see packet activity (RTP). Please help. |

| Can you see RTP packets in both directions while you are talking? |

| Can you see any BYE, CANCEL packet, or SIP response packet before audio stops? |
