1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.2.6.2
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version: Windows XP pro
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
UT Starcom F1000G, Linksys WRT54G
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:
I’m using the evaluation version to try the application on a small network before actual deployment.
I have the SIP server running on one network (10.10.10.x) In that network I also have a Grandstream BT-200 and a HT-486. The two devices run great no problem.
On the same network I have a linksys wireless AP that has a 10.10.10.x on the WAN side and 192.168.1.x on the LAN side. The UT Starcom wireless phone is connected to this network (192.168.1.x) and successfully registering to the SIP server on 10.10.10.x.
I can call to and from the wireless phone to the other devices located on the first network but I only have one way audio. The 192.168.1.x network can push audio out but it cannot receive any.
Please advice, _________________ Felipe |

You may need to use RTP Relay on the SIP Server. |

I do have RTP Relay ON but still all I have is one way audio.
I added a softphone to the 192.168.1.x network and the results are the same, one way audio.
When I dial form the 192.168.1.x to another phone sitting on the same network, I have no audio at all but the phone does ring in both directions.
Thanks, _________________ Felipe |

Are you using 10.10.10.x as a WAN address?
If so, put "10.10.10.*" in the [External IP address pattern] at [Configuration] page. |

That sure did it!!!
All my extensions work like a charm regardless which subnet they are located at.
Thanks a lot for the help. _________________ Felipe |
