1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.1.6.6
2. Java version: 1.6.0.100
3. OS type and the version: Win2003 Server Standard
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Grandsteam Phone, Linksys ATA
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem: On BSS i have Authentication REGISTER "on" INVITE "on" and all athentication and Accounting are sent to RadiusCat. I set up a phone that does not have account in BSS and RadiusCat to register. And yes registration was denied, Yet i made a call and it was successful. How is this possible ? And what is the fix to this ?
My Dial PLAN is as follows
Matching Patterns | $request = ^INVITE To = sip:(.*)@
| Deploy Patterns | $auth = false To = sip:00001%1@sip.mysipserver.com $session = com.sample.radius.proxy.RadiusAcct &net.sip.addrecordroute.lr = off $continue = false
|
When i change the Deploy Patterns $auth=false TO $auth=TRUE Registed and Unregistered IP Phones Cant Make calls _________________ www.seetarcco.com |

You need to set the correct user name and password at the settings of the phone. |

If a phone doesn't have valid account information (username and password), it can not make a registration and it can not call.
For your info..
"$auth=true" means Authentication is "ON".
"$auth=false" means Authentication is "OFF". |
