1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
SIP PBX Version 2.2.1.1/247 with G729 codec licence
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version:
Windows XP
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Phone: Polycom
Gateway: sansay vega100
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:
We are currently using a ITSP with Sansay Vega100 voip gateway.
We already setup our ARS to route to gateway, and set RTP on. On the Out Parameters of ARS, we set Codec Priority as "18,0".
Now the problem is, when we try to call out, after call is connected, the extension can not hear anything although the other party can hear extension's voice very well.
We tried to use wireshark on the pbx machine, and realized that the package from pbx to ext is very rare.
We are supposed to capture 4 kind of packages:
1, package from ext to pbx
2, package from pbx to gateway
3, package from gateway to pbx
4, package from pbx to ext
The first 3 kind of packages look normal but we just captured a few packages (below 10 packages in 1 mins talking time) of 4th.
This problem did not occur when we were using G711 codec.
Could someone help me to solve this problem? Thanks very much!
Regards,
Tom |

Dear hope,
Thanks for your reply.
I'm not very sure what's your mean for packet size...In my phone's setup, I only see "Payload Size", are they the same?
By the way, payload size is already set to 20, but the problem remains... |
