1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke PBX, Pro, 2.2.1.6
2. Java version: 1.5.0_09
3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 SP2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: SPA942
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : Pattern 10
6. Your problem: Voicemail language change. How can I modify the language of the voice mail? How it is possible the change the sounds files? How I can harmonise it properly? I thank you for a help. |

voicemail greeting message can be uploaded from "PBX"/"Voice prompts"
the sound files are saved at your pbx installed directory\webapps\pbx\WEB-INF\work\pbx\en\play |

What is the file format? WAV or MP3
What is the Codec? G711 or G729
What is the Type? Mono or Stereo
What is the Bit? 8 or so
Thank you in advance if you can give me information about this. I've been struggling to search the forum about this info. |
