1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke PBX Evalution version

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: Windows2003

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem: Hi All, sorry..this question I have posted in my previous question, HOPE has give me an advise how to make the voice quality become better. But still having a problem with the voice quality.

I would like to ask everyone, have you encounter the voice quality bad when wifi phone call to wifi phone with Brekeke PBX? If yes what have you done on the Brekeke PBX?

I did remember last time we try the Brekeke SIP do not have this voice quality issue. Right now we are trying the Brekeke PBX (resolve the one stage dialing issue), the voice like "Robot".

But wifi can the PBX extension is working fine and voice very clear.

Any idea?

I have several wifi phones (Nokia, NEC, iPhone + SIP-UA...).
They are working great with Brekeke PBX.

Do you have Wifi monitoring tool? or packet capturing tool?

I'm a Brekeke integrator and working with Brekeke.

You can contact Brekeke and get support from them because your company is a SIP client manufacturer.

Hi star8888,

Remember, audio stream is exchanged between your phones directly without PBX...
It means Voice Quality and Echo problem come from phones.

Check your phone settings or update the firmware again.
