what number did you assign for the FXO port? it's 9? if so, please try to use other number. for two stage dialing, you donot need to use ARS, ARS is only for one stage dialing. |

One and Two stage dialings are depending on a gateway..
please check the gateway's settings or/and the document. |

Hi janP,
My problem in 1 stage dialing is calls from softphon >>PSTN
which it should b configured in the PBX ARS or SIP server dial Plan as I think , the gateway stage dialing sittings are fine thats why i can do calls from PSTN >> PBX user succesfully.
thanks alot for all.. |

The GXW410's document mentions the following.
----------------------------------------------
Prefix to specify Port (1 stage dialing method)
Default is 99.
Syntax to USE this feature: prefix# (thats 99) + ch# (could be anything from 1 to 8) + dialing# will result in this call forwarded to FXO port (ch#) immediately.
