Dear All
We have a problem, and we can describe it as follows:
1- we have an OnDo PBX.
2- we have a two domain names : sip.a.com, and sip.b.com, which directed to the same IP address.
3- some users registered to the system with sip.a.com, and other registered with sip.b.com.
3- any user with sip.a.com can not call any user with sip.b.com.
4- when I try to make a capure of the packet for a call from sip.a.com to sip.b.com, I found that the registration sent to the sip.b.com with xx@sip.a.com.
So please advice us about a solution of this problem.
Note: when I try the same situation on a SIP server only without PBX, I found that the call go from sip.a.com to sip.b.com normally with no problem.
Thank you
Best REgards

we are using :
- Linksys PAP2T (ATA Box)
- Koncept KTA2110
- Duxoft soft phone
Does it's related to the UA device. _________________ Amr |

I think the callee ua is rejecting a call that has different domain.
All of your phones do not work? |

all soft and hard phones do the same.
but when I make multidomain = no in the sip server configuration, the two domains can reach each other and works as a one system.
Thank you for your support to me. _________________ Amr |

oh, That is how it works. If you use multi-domain, you can have the same user name under different domain. They are different entryies
so you have to specify the callee domain when you call, or otherwise
you have to use dialplan. |

Matching Patterns | $request = ^INVITE To = sip:(1..)@ $regaddr("%1") = (.+)
|
deploy pattens
To=sip:%1@dommain1.com
$target=%2
good luck. |
