1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.9.4.3/517-1
2. Java version: 1.8.0_66
3. OS type and the version: Windows 10
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Grandstream1625X
5. Your problem:
No registration possible with configuration according to guides:
Server side:
=> IP / Port: 192.168.1.2 / 5060
=> SIP server started
=> User created 111/Grandstream and 112/Grandstream
UA side account:
ID / Password:111 / Grandstream
SIP server 192.168.1.2
Port: 5060
Proxy server: 192.168.1.2
ID / Password:112 / Grandstream
SIP server 192.168.1.2
Port: 5060
Proxy server: 192.168.1.2
Error code : 408 (even UA connected directly to Server with crossed cable)

Hi,
According to 408 (timeout), it looks like network issue.
I recommend to capture packets at server side.
If SIP packets are comming properly, please check the firewall settings of OS and block list settings at Brekeke SIP Server.

Check the "interface" field at [Status] page.
Does it indicate the IP address what you set at the UA as a SIP server and Proxy server (eg: 192.168.1.2)? |

I connected the phone to the machine back to back. No switch or router or firewall in between. But no SIP information to the phone !!!! |
