Hi, I would like to set a conference phone that will allow users from both inside and outside to be able to join the call. for external users, I would like to assign password or PIN that can be replaced. how can I do it?

You can create a separate Auto Attendant for outside call-in to conference room
Upload an audio file to ask for password when this AA is dialed and
At [Auto Attendant Settings] under this Auto Attendant, set [Speed Dial] as pw=conference room #
