What kind of a billing server application do you have?
Does it support a radius?
If your billing application supports radius, use a radius server such as FreeRadius or VCS.

The Radius plugin package has the source code.
You can modify it as you want!
But I think you don't have to modify the plugin for freeRadius.
There are many people who use freeRadius + Brekeke.

I cannot use another Radius Server. The radius we use is a live server which is on production. The radius server I'm using is freeRadius and it is the first recommended radius by Brekeke.
