If i use:

/etc/init.d/iptables stop

Then i get another error(403 forbidden).

And then my sip phone does not even try to register.

Yes, the same problem occurs with version: 2.4.xx, but not with the older version(1.2.7.4/101) as i had mentioned earlier.
