The function "$headerparam()" is available in Matching Patterns only.
It is not for Deploy Patterns.

Matching Pattern
$request = ^INVITE
To = sip:888@
$registered = false
Deply Pattern
To = sip:555@
If 888 is not registered, the call will be forwarded to 555.
